Before Your Visit
Download the new patient form(s). Complete and bring to your first visit.
At Your Visit
A thorough exam will be performed to pinpoint the cause of your symptoms and to ensure that we understand your goals for treatment. We will discuss findings from your exam so that you have a solid understanding of your condition and reasonable expectations for treatment. Unless outside referral is needed, you can expect to be treated at your initial visit.
Next Visit
Your next visit will be scheduled according to your specific condition and health needs. As care progresses, exercise and movement will be used to optimize your recovery. Our aim is to get you better and help you reach your goals quickly and effectively.
